If you’re here because you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just not like yourself anymore—you’re in the right place.
Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, feeling on edge, or exhausted no matter how much you try to rest. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting and wondering, “Why does this feel so much harder than I thought it would?” Or maybe you’re used to being the one who holds everything together, and lately it feels like you’re barely keeping up.
You might look like you’re doing “fine” on the outside—but inside, it feels very different.
A lot of what you’re carrying doesn’t always show up the way people expect. It can look like irritability, snapping more than you want to, feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you love, or constantly running through worst-case scenarios in your mind. It can feel like guilt, pressure, or the quiet thought of “Why can’t I just handle this better?”
Underneath all of that is usually someone who is overwhelmed, stretched too thin, and in need of support—not someone who is failing.
I’ve spent over 10 years working with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, substance use, and the emotional weight that often comes with pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. My approach is integrative and personalized, which means we focus on what actually works for you. I incorporate approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and practical tools to help you understand what’s going on and start to feel better in a real, lasting way.
When we work together, this is your space. You don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out. We go at your pace, and we focus on helping you feel calmer, more in control, and more like yourself again—not just in session, but in your everyday life.
You don’t have to keep pushing through this on your own.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what’s been going on and see if this feels like a good fit.

Outside of Therapy
Outside of being a therapist, I’m someone who really values family, connection, and the simple things in life. I love spending time with my daughter, my husband, our dog, and my extended family—those moments mean everything to me.
I enjoy baking (anything you can bake, I’m in), but I’ll be honest—I’m not much of a cook. Thankfully, I married an amazing one. I do have a few go-to meals I’m proud of, like homemade pizza and lasagna roll-ups, but baking is definitely more my thing.
I also love being outside, especially when the weather is warm. That’s where I feel the most recharged.
Fun fact: I’m a water person. I’ve never really been a coffee drinker—I’ve tried, and it’s just not for me. Water is what gives me energy and keeps me going.
I genuinely love learning from others, and I actually enjoy not being the smartest person in the room. Some of the most meaningful growth comes from listening, staying curious, and being open—and I learn just as much from my clients as I hope they gain from our work together.
I’ve also always been someone who naturally takes care of others. It’s not just what I do—it’s who I am. I feel really lucky that this work is something I get to call a career.
And while I love food, my family would probably say I’m a picky eater… I don’t fully agree, but I’ll let you be the judge of that
